Carter Dotson / Windermere Real Estate
Dreams Becoming Realities
"Liberty Bay Bank provides a personal touch where I don’t feel like just another number. I know I can call, email, or stop in anytime, and I know I’ll be treated with importance." Carter Dotson, Owner
Beginnings
Windermere was founded in 1972 by John Jacobi. It started out as a one-office, nine-agent company and has grown to a 300-office, 6000-agent company covering the entire West Coast. “I was drawn to this company, and continue to be to this day, by the opportunity to work with fantastic people,” Carter says. “We very much value relationships over sales quotas.”
Building Relationships
Windermere has been banking with Liberty Bay Bank for five years. And, just like Windermere, LBB’s core values center around relationships and professionalism. “I absolutely believe LBB’s values align with ours,” Carter says. “From the time we started banking with LBB in 2014, we’ve been made to feel like our business is very important. Our requests are met with a desire to help and collaborate.”
Being an active member of the community, and giving back to it, is also one of the central tenants in how Windermere does business. By keeping their financial accounts close to home with Liberty Bay Bank, Windermere is also able to contribute to the local economy.
Service before sales. This is Windermere’s approach to working with each and every one of their clients. “We act as a trusted advisor for what is likely the largest and most important purchase of our client’s lives,” Carter shares. “As such, we operate with their best interest at all times. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with wonderful people in Kitsap County and help them achieve their dream of home ownership.”
